Paris Wine Co owner and lead Sommelier is French born, in the Pays de la Loire region and raised in Paris - he is a true Parisian. Nicolas is not only well known in Paris but he exudes all things French. He is a believer that French wine can be appreciated and enjoyed by all. We have created exclusive, curated wine experiences that offer a relaxed and fun immersion into French wine culture and history. Nicolas is a walking history lesson, so he has been told by his clients. He is also the founder of the infamous and highly rated tour company Midnight in Paris on Wheels.
